Ravi is responsible for all aspects of the growing organization, ensuring a seamless alignment of strategy, mission, customer and employees’ success. Ravi is a noted entrepreneur has founded several other successful healthcare technology companies. As an active investor and advisor, Ravi has helped propel several cutting-edge healthcare technology and service companies. He is the Managing Director at SymphonyAlpha Ventures, and provides investment for early-stage healthcare-focused companies.
Rich is responsible for day-to-day leadership and operations at WellStack, including Sales, Marketing, Client Success and the overall WellStack experience. Rich has spent over 20 years in healthcare technology as an entrepreneur, executive and advisor. Prior to joining WellStack, Rich was an advisor to healthcare technology companies and a co-founder of VisiQuate, a revenue cycle analytics and AI-driven workflow company serving healthcare organizations.
As Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, Nilesh drives WellStack’s go-to-market strategy, solutions and growth initiatives. With over 18 years of success in managing technology, including 10 years in healthcare. He has helped multiple payers, providers, and health tech organizations realize data and digital technology solutions. Before joining WellStack, Nilesh was Chief Data Strategy Officer at emids leading the analytics business across healthcare and life sciences.
As WellStack’s Chief Revenue Officer, Matt leads sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on revenue growth, partnerships and client success. With over 18 years of experience, Matt has a proven track record of scaling healthcare technology companies across the payor, provider, public sector and HIE/HIO markets. Before joining WellStack, Matt was SVP of Business Development at Diameter Health (acquired by Availity in 2022), and held several senior leadership roles including at MEDfx, where he led a successful acquisition by Harris Healthcare, and GE Healthcare, leading to a joint venture with Microsoft.

Michele Chulick
Michele Chulick is a distinguished healthcare leader, with over three decades of experience in operational management across diverse healthcare settings. As the former President and CEO of Wyoming Medical Center (WMC), she spearheaded revenue growth to over $600M and expanded clinical services, including pioneering the state's first telehealth network. Michele excels in strategic planning, value-based care management, and mergers and acquisitions, driving quality improvement and revenue growth. Currently serving on multiple boards and as an independent advisor, Michele leverages her extensive expertise to foster growth and innovation in healthcare organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duke University and an MBA from Wayne State University .

Focused on helping emerging healthcare innovators, established providers, payers, investors, and policy makers execute more effective solutions. Considered a subject matter leader and expert in provider, payer, and value based care collaboration and performance improvement.
