We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team, working closely with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders to demonstrate the value of WellStack’s solutions.

Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert supporting our sales efforts, helping prospects understand how WellStack can solve their data challenges. You’ll play a crucial role in pre-sales engagements, deliver compelling demos, engaging in discovery calls, and designing solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and position WellStack’s solutions effectively.

Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, showcasing WellStack’s data integration, analytics, and interoperability capabilities.

Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects on how WellStack’s solutions can address their specific business and technical challenges.

Respond to RFPs and technical inquiries, ensuring accurate and compelling responses.

Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights to refine sales strategies.

Travel (30-40%) to customer sites, conferences, and industry events to present WellStack solutions.

Who You Are

Experienced – 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role within healthcare technology, data analytics, or cloud platforms.

Technical Expert – Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, including FHIR, HL7, Epic, Cerner, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Excellent Communicator – Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Customer-Focused – Passion for problem-solving and delivering value-driven solutions to clients.
